1. General
1.1 Time Play is available in 30-minute and 60-minute packages.
1.2 No extensions available, new Time Play pass must be purchased.
1.3 Time Play is valid on ticket and video games only.
1.4 Major prize games (blue card readers), prize games (purple card readers), Maxi Tune, VR games, and any other games designated by management are excluded.
1.5 Preloaded tickets are provided at the time of purchase (where applicable). No additional tickets, prizes, credits, or skill tester entries will be awarded during Time Play gameplay.
1.6 Time Play is valid only during the trading hours of the participating venue on the date of purchase. Trading hours vary by location and may change without notice.
1.7 Game cards are issued for individual use only. Sharing, transferring, or misuse of a Time Play card will result in immediate and permanent deactivation without refund.
1.8 Time Play is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, or package unless expressly stated.
1.9 Intencity reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Time Play offer at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
2. $99 Family Time Pass – “4x 1 Hour Time Plays for $99”
2.1 Offer only valid with the existing 1 hour Time Play pass and any inclusions and exclusions applicable to that pass remain in effect.
2.2 The 4x Time Play passes must go onto 4x sperate game cards (no banking up Time play passes permitted).
2.3 $99 Family Time Pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion (Companion Card offer, Time Play Max, Birthday Party offers etc).
2.4 Intencity reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the $99 Family Time pass offer at any time without notice, subject to applicable law.
3. Companion Card Offer – “Buy any Time Play & Receive a FREE 2nd Card”
3.1 The Companion Card Offer applies only when a valid Companion Card is presented to an Intencity staff member at the time of purchase.
3.2 The complimentary second card must match the Time Play package purchased (i.e. 30-minute with 30-minute, or 60-minute with 60-minute). No upgrades, substitutions, or variations are permitted.
3.3 The complimentary second card provides gameplay time only. It does not include any preloaded tickets, bonus tickets, prize games, skill tester entries, or other inclusions attached to the purchased Time Play package.
3.4 The Companion Card Offer is limited to one (1) complimentary Time Play card per valid Companion Card holder, per day.
3.5 The Companion Card Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.
3.6 The Companion Card must be valid and presented prior to payment. Photocopies, expired cards, or digital reproductions will not be accepted.
3.7 Intencity reserves the right to verify the validity of any Companion Card presented and may refuse the offer if eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
4. Time Play MAX (Limited Time Offer):
Offer Overview
1.1 The Time Play Max offer provides customers with 90 minutes of unlimited gameplay*, 300 digital tickets, and 6 prize games for a purchase price of $40 per person.
1.2 This offer is only available during staffed trading hours at participating Intencity locations: Albury, Hobart, Sunshine and Marion.
1.3 The offer is available for a limited time only and may be changed or withdrawn from time to time at Intencity’s discretion without prior notice.
Gameplay Period
2.1 The 90 minutes of gameplay begins once the Time Play Max game card has been first tapped on a game reader.
2.2 Once activated, the 90-minute period will run continuously and cannot be paused or extended.
2.3 Customers may purchase additional Time Play Max offers if they wish to continue playing beyond the original 90 minutes.
4. Participating Locations
4.1 Time Play and the Companion Card Offer are available only at staffed Intencity locations and exclude Action Zone Arcade (AZA).
4.2 Offer availability may vary by location and is subject to change without notice.
