Intencity Group Bookings – Terms & Conditions
1. General
1.1 All Parties & Events packages (Birthday Parties, Work/Social, and School Bookings) are subject to availability.
1.2 A booking is only confirmed once a $100 non-refundable deposit has been received in-store - deposits cannot be accepted online. If a customer cancels their booking, the deposit will be forfeited.
1.3 Intencity reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any booking at its discretion from time-to-time, including due to unforeseen circumstances.
1.4 Packages, inclusions, pricing, and availability may vary by location and are subject to change without notice.
2. Supervision and Conduct
2.1 Children and students must remain under the direct supervision of a responsible adult at all times. Intencity staff do not provide supervision of children.
2.2 Unattended children or groups may result in cancellation of the booking and, if necessary, notification of authorities.
2.3 All guests must comply with Intencity’s venue policies, game rules, and safety requirements. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund.
3. Packages and Inclusions
3.1 Packages are valid only for the inclusions stated at the time of booking. Any additional products or services will incur extra charges.
3.2 Substitutions of inclusions are not permitted unless expressly approved by Intencity management.
3.3 Prizes, tickets, food, and other items provided as part of a package are subject to availability and may vary between venues.
4. Specific Conditions

Teachers, carers, or responsible adults must remain with their groups at all times.
Intencity may request proof of school or care provider affiliation.
4.4 Payment Terms
For Work/Social events and School bookings, full payment is recommended on the day of booking. Where an invoice is requested, payment must be made and cleared well in advance of the event date. For bookings made close to the event date, payment must be made immediately, and proof of payment must be provided to Village Roadshow Leisure prior to the event.
For birthday parties, payment must be received on the day of your booking.
5. Liability
5.1 Intencity is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal items brought onto the premises.
5.2 Intencity is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the use of games, equipment, or facilities, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
5.3 Participation in games and activities is at the guest’s own risk.
6. Governing Law
6.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the booking takes place.
6.2 Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
