TERMS AND CONDITIONS – BUNDLE N SAVE
Offer Description:
The Bundle N Save offer allows customers to purchase tokens for use within Intencity Game Card Areas (owned and operated by Village Roadshow Leisure Pty Ltd). "Game Tokens" refer to game credits that can be used to operate arcade machines and participate in activities as specified by Intencity. Bundle N Save packages can only be purchased and redeemed at an Intencity Game Card Area located at Village Cinemas Fountain Gate.
2. Game Token Expiry:
2.1 All Game Tokens purchased under the Bundle N Save offer will expire exactly 48 hours from the time of purchase.
2.2 Any unused Game Tokens will automatically expire and cannot be redeemed or refunded after the 48-hours from time of purchase.
3. Non-Transferable Game Tokens:
Game Tokens are non-transferable and can only be used by the customer who made the purchase. Game Tokens cannot be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person or account.
4. Limited Use:
4.1 Game Tokens are valid only for games and activities within Intencity Game Card Areas specified by the management.
4.2 Game Tokens cannot be used for food, drinks, merchandise, or any other services unless explicitly stated.
5. Purchase Receipts:
Customers should retain their purchase receipts as proof of the time of purchase. The expiration time will be calculated based on the timestamp indicated on the receipt.
6. Lost or Stolen Game Tokens:
Village Roadshow Leisure Pty Ltd. (trading as Intencity) is not responsible for any lost or stolen Game Tokens once they have been issued to the customer. No replacements or refunds will be provided in such instances.
7. No Extension or Rollover:
Expiry of Game Tokens is strictly enforced. No extensions, rollovers, or carry-over of tokens will be permitted beyond the 48-hour validity period.
8. Changes to the Offer:
Intencity may modify or terminate the Bundle N Save offer from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect the expiry of Game Tokens already purchased.
9. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, and any disputes arising from this offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria.
