TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY OF WIN A SUPER SESSION COMPETITION

Entrants must be a Member of the Intencity Max Club to be eligible to enter the competition. In joining the Max Club entrants will be required to provide various personal details.

Entrants must enter at intencity.com.au. In completing the competition entry, entrants will be required to log in and answer a question.

Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry to the competition is free (excluding Internet connection charges) and persons may enter once only. Entry is open to all Australian residents except employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and associated companies.

The competition commences on 06/08/09 and closes at 12:00pm AEST 30/08/09. Entries not completed in accordance with the terms and conditions or submitted after the closing date will not be considered. The judge's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters.

The winners will be randomly drawn by computer on 02/09/09 at 3:00pm AEST at Chapel Street, SOUTH YARRA, VIC, 3141. The winners will be notified by telephone, email and the winner's names will be published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on 15/09/09. The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner's name and/or photograph for publicity purposes.

The promoter may conduct further draws at same place as original draw on 30/09/09 to distribute any prize unclaimed by that date, subject to any written directions given under Reg. 37 of the Lottery & Gaming Regs (1993) SA. In the event that there any winners in the unclaimed prize draw, their names will be published in The Australian on 15/10/09.

The judge’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters.

If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize may be awarded to the winner's parent/guardian on behalf of the winner if the promoter so elects.

The 14 winners will each recieve a a voucher for 20 people to attend a Super Session, to the value of $300.00. And 28 runner up will each recieve a $10 gift voucher, to the value of $10. The total prize pool is $4480.00.

Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The winner releases the Promoter from and indemnifies the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

Entrants must be a Member of the Intencity Max Club to be eligible to enter the competition. In joining the Max Club entrants will be required to provide various personal details.

The competition commences on 13/08/09 and closes at 5:00pm AEST 24/09/09. Entries not completed in accordance with the terms and conditions or submitted after the closing date will not be considered. The judge's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters.

The winners will be randomly drawn by computer on 28/09/09 at 3:00pm AEST at 180 St Kilda Road, ST KILDA, VIC, 3182. The winners will be notified by telephone, email and the winner's names will be published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on 13/11/09. The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner's name and/or photograph for publicity purposes.

The promoter may conduct further draws at same place as original draw on 30/11/09 to distribute any prize unclaimed by that date, subject to any written directions given under Reg. 37 of the Lottery & Gaming Regs (1993) SA. In the event that there any winners in the unclaimed prize draw, their names will be published in The Australian on 15/12/09.

If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize may be awarded to the winner's parent/guardian on behalf of the winner if the promoter so elects.

Win 20,000 Redemption Tickets Competition

1.The Win 20,000 Redemption Tickets Competition is provided by Village Roadshow Leisure Pty Ltd (ACN 061 400 824) of Level 1, 180 St Kilda Rd, St Kilda, VIC, 3182, (“the Promoter”). These Terms and Conditions (including without limitation the information on how to enter and the prize details which we publish in relation to the competition) apply to the competition. By entering the competition, you acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. To be eligible to enter the competition, you must (1) be a permanent resident of Australia, and (2) a member of Max Club. Entrants must enter in person at any Intencity store. Max Club members must present their Max Club card and ask our staff for a Win 20,000 Redemption Tickets entry form. Entry to the Competition is by the correct completion of the form. Only forms that are correctly and fully completed, and legible will be submitted to the competition. Only 1 entry per day from each individual Max Club member will be accepted. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt at the Intencity store where the entry from is submitted by the Entrant.

3. Our associated agencies’, employees, and members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter this competition.

4. The competition commences on 1/09/09 and closes at 11:45pm AEST 30/09/09 (“the Promotion Period”). Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or submitted after the closing date of the Promotion Period will not be considered. The judge's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each Entrant. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be based on the judges’ decision of the best answer to the following question: “What would you buy with 20,000 tickets” in 25 words or less..

5. The prize consists of: * 20,000 Intencity Redemption Tickets. Prize must be taken in its entirety in one redemption at the location where the prize was won. All components of the prize must be taken together. Prize must be redeemed by 31/10/09 , the prize is not be redeemable for cash. If the prize or any part of the prize provided by the Promoter cannot, in the opinion of the Promoter, be provided for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize to the same value as that part of the prize being replaced. The total prize is valued at A$325.00 per store.

6. The promoter will contact the prize winner via telephone and in writing within 5 business days of winning their prize to confirm their address details and delivery of their prize. The winners will have their details published in the public notice section of the Australian Newspaper on 21/10/09.

7. The winner releases the Promoter from and indemnifies the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

Disclaimers

8. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomprehensible or incorrect entries in the competition.

9. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including without limitation direct, indirect and consequential loss and damages) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering or trying to enter the competition or accepting any prize offered as part of the competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

10. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner. This clause does not affect any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under Australian law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its employees or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the costs of having the prize supplied again.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is for some reason unavailable subject to gaming authority approval.

12. Any change in the value of the prize(s) between the publishing date and the date prize(s) is/are awarded and/or claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.

13. The details contained in any entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is also available on the Village Roadshow Limited website. The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future marketing and promotional purposes. Your personal information will only be disclosed to the Promoter and its related bodies corporate for these purposes.

14. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or (without limitation) any other event outside our reasonable control, we are entitled to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

15. If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, we are entitled in our sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

Exclusions and liability

16. the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including without limitation direct, indirect and consequential loss and damages) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entering or trying to enter the competition or accepting any prize offered as part of the competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

17. The law implies various conditions and warranties which might apply to us supplying goods or services to you. The Promoter excludes all of those conditions and warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

18. Provisions of the Trade Practices Act 1974 and other statutes in some cases either cannot be excluded, restricted or modified; or can only be restricted or modified to a limited extent. If any of those provisions apply, then to the extent permitted our liability under those provisions is limited as set out below. Our liability in relation to goods we supply is limited at our option to: a) replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; or b) repair of the goods; or c) payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or d) payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; and our liability in relation to services we supply, is limited at our option to: a) the supplying of the services against; or b) the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

Termination

19. We may terminate or cancel your entry in the competition immediately in our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these conditions.

Your personal information

20. As a result of you entering the competition, the Promoter will collect certain personal information about you, such as your telephone number. Unless you object, this information may be used to (i) send you news, information about our other promotions or products and/or general marketing material which we believe may be of interest to you; (ii) provide you with news, information and material in relation to the competition; (iii) monitor who is entering the competition; (iv) profile Entrants. The Promoter may share your personal information for any purpose incidental to your entering into and our operation of the competition.

21. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition, you are agreeing to receive further information from us. The Promoter collects your information so that you can participate in the competition. If you do not give us the information, you cannot participate. We may use this information for the purposes of the conduct of the competition and the compilation of survey results and evidence. We may disclose this information to third parties who provide us with administrative services. This information will be stored at the office of the Promoter. 22. By entering the competition, you consent to us using and disclosing your personal information in these ways.

23. If you advise us that you do not wish us to use your personal information for any particular purpose, we will endeavour to take the necessary measures to meet your request. Exceptions to this are: (i) where we are required to disclose information by law; (ii) where we believe that the use or disclosure is reasonably necessary to assist a law enforcement agency or an agency responsible for government or public security as a necessary part of their business; and (iii) if we notify you of an intended use or disclosure of your information and you do not object to that use or disclosure.

Failure to comply and severability

24. We are not liable for any failure to comply with these conditions. If any part or provision in these conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, that part or provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

Entire agreement and governing law

25. These conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us as to its subject matter. By entering the competition, you accept that this agreement is to be interpreted, and any disputes are to be determined by the courts having jurisdiction in Victoria, in accordance with the laws in force in Victoria from time to time, subject to any written directions from any regulatory authority.
